With our comprehensive in-office dental plan, you won’t have to worry about the unexpected cost of routine dental care like cleanings. Understanding Your In-Office Dental Plan
If you are an established patient in our office, you are welcome to join our low-cost dental plan for one yearly fee. Our in-office plan includes preventative dental treatments, like twice-yearly cleanings, and is a great way to ensure you are maintaining great oral health. If you are interested in signing up, you may head into our office to speak to a member of our staff. The costs of our dental plans are as follows:
- Child (13 & Under): $350
- Adult (14 & Up): $391
- Periodontal Patient: $645
- Denture Patient: $273
Once payment is received, your contract year begins and you are welcome to schedule your preventative dental treatments to ensure your brightest smile. It is important to note that your plan is nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you receive additional dental treatments, your portion of the bill is due the day your services are rendered.
Finally, your treatments do not roll over at the end of your contract year, making it essential that you seek treatments throughout the year. By scheduling your regular preventative treatments, you can trust that you’ll get the most out of your in-office dental plan and your money goes to good use.
Your Dental Plan Benefits
Your in-office dental plan features benefits that allow you to seek regular preventive care throughout the year, keeping you safe from a variety of dental ailments. Your plan includes:
- Child Cleanings: 2 per year
- Adult Cleanings: 2 per year
- Periodontal Maintenance: 3 per year
- Periodic Exam: 2 per year
- Bitewing X-Rays: 1 per year
- Child Fluoride Treatment: 1 per year
While preventative dental treatments may be sufficient enough to keep many patients safe from tooth decay or gum disease, some may require more in-depth treatment. When you invest in our in-office dental plan, you also receive a 15% discount on services including:
- Additional Cleanings & Fluoride Treatments
- Fillings
- Crowns & Bridges
- Complete and Partial Dentures
- Implants
Program Exclusions & Limitations
Before signing up for the plan, there are a few exclusions and limitations you need to know about. It is important to understand that this is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. If you are interested in signing up, you cannot do so before having a comprehensive exam with one of our doctors. When you sign up, you cannot use your plan in conjunction with another dental plan, dental insurance, discount offer, CareCredit, or Lending Club.
It also does not cover services or injuries that are covered under workman’s compensation, automobile, or medical insurance. If you need treatment from a specialist, the plan does not cover these costs. Finally, any products and medications you may need are not included in this plan.
