I was referred by my neighbor and have relayed to them, great call! Cheers Brad 4/13 Emergency Visit Had a corner chipped off a critical molar and Dr. Pearce was not only able to fit me in for the consultation but to install a crown. This is the second crown Dr. Pearce installed and his work and craftsmanship is stellar. His assistant, Shawna also did a very fine and professional job. Again, the entire staff from start to finish were friendly and helpful. Cheers Brad 8/20/26 Normal cleaning and my hygienist was filling in from the Hendersonville office. Taylor did a very thorough and professional job all the way around. Dr. Mayer did my inspection who also did an excellent job on my vaniers last year. We are researching the use of Invisiline to straighten my bottom 4 front teeth. Dentistry is costly however, the staff here are professionals and get the job done right the first time. Job well done! The plan of treatment was great and comprehensive. My only complaint was that the promotion was for $129, but at checkout I was told it was $177. The increase was for fluoride, which I was not told was not part of the promotion, I would have refused that specific treatment had I been informed. The only downside is I’ve waited so long to address long standing problems that I’m looking at a huge bill to get it all fixed. 100% my fault for not seeing a dentist sooner. My appointment involved numbing me in several places and a good amount of drilling. Dr. Mayer and 'Sammie' proved to be a great team. I quickly found my team to be exceptional partners. When they spoke Dentist talk during the procedure they did not miss a beat. I knew I was in good hands and there was even a 'Lightness of Being' between the three of us. Both Dr. Mayer and 'Sammie' displayed a quiet confidence while performing their craft and I had all my issues resolved. I truly benefitted from these good people who are great at what they do. I expected having to wait hours for service; however, after a short wait in the reception area I was given an appointment time for several hours later. Went home, came back at the appointed time, and was seen immediately. I had a filling replaced. I really hope they continue this program in coming years. We were very happy with the promptness of the visit! We developed a care plan and the following week he had fillings and an extraction, I thought, wow “that was fast” I attended some of the procedures and was amazed and impressed with the fluency and speed at which the Dr. and the assistant worked together! If any of you folks out there need a primary dentist or just a cleaning, this is the place to visit. They are currently accepting new patients, they will file most insurances, and only collect the patient portion that is due at the time of check-out.
